FbSaver.cc does not host, store, index, or broadcast any copyrighted video files or media on its servers. Our platform functions strictly as an automated technical proxy tool that processes publicly accessible media URLs directly from the Facebook Content Delivery Network (CDN). We have no control over content uploaded to Facebook servers.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Copyright Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized legal agent and believe that content accessible via our technical proxy infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal written notice to our designated agent containing the following details:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description or link to the original copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact Infringing URLs: The specific Facebook URLs that you request to block from being processed by our tool.
- Contact Information: Your full legal name, company/organization name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or verified electronic signature of the authorized person.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
